2021 Virtual Conference
Time & Location
About the Event
Unlike any other year in our history, 2020 was filled with traumatic experiences. It was a rare experience where both clients and their providers both experienced trauma from the same events in real time. This year’s conference, entitled Post-Traumatic Growth, could not be more timely and will provide needed resources for mental health counselors. Many are familiar with Post-Traumatic Stress; however, many have not heard of Post-Traumatic Growth and even fewer know how to navigate this journey from struggle to strength for themselves and for their clients.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 Pandemic, SCCMHCA's 2021 Annual Conference will be held as a Virtual Conference. The safety of our staff, conference attendees, presenters, and sponsors is our priority.
We invite you to join us virtually!
The conference dates are March 5-6, 2021.
March 5 (6 CE Hours): Posttraumatic Growth (3), Narrative Therapy (3) March 6 (6 CE Hours): Supervising the Traumatized Counselor (3), Ethics and Diversity in Supervision (3 Ethics Hours)
